A tool for assessing a client’s mobility and risk of falls. The 30-Second Chair Stand Test helps assess a person’s lower body (particularly leg) strength. This is associated with the ability to perform lifestyle tasks such as climbing stairs or getting in and out of a vehicle or bath.
