In an ongoing effort to provide the Aging Network with the tools it needs to succeed, Meals on Wheels America created this comprehensive resource to explore the challenges facing high-risk seniors’ ability to age in place comfortably and safely, interventions that are currently in the works to address these challenges and major players working to advance these solutions moving forward.
