The physiology of aging is complex. Biological, physical and functional changes associated with aging can impact the nutrition status and dietary needs of aging adults. Attendees of this two-part webinar series learned all about nutrition and the science of aging to learn practice-informed strategies they can use to improve the nutrition status and well-being of the seniors they serve.
