Make Your Mark: Offer More Choices

In celebration of the Older Americans Act Nutrition Program which began on March 22, 1972, the Administration for Community Living (ACL) will be holding a weekly series of webinars focusing on the Congregate Nutrition Program throughout the month of March. Hosted by the National Resource Center on Nutrition and Aging (NRCNA), Part 3 will focus on preparing healthy meals that taste as good as they look. Attendees will learn how to save time with speed scratch cooking so you can offer your patrons more choices to ultimately increase and quantify patron satisfaction.

As a result of this webinar, you will be able to:

  • Describe ways to prepare healthy meals that look good and offer participants choices on food and service time;
  • Identify how to save time with speed scratch cooking; and
  • Discuss how to measure client satisfaction.
