Thoughts on Brain Health Among Adults 50+: A Survey of Beliefs, Attitudes, and Awareness

This web seminar discusses the results of a national brain health survey conducted with older adults, ages 50 to 75. Respondents (n=907) shared their concerns about brain health, their beliefs about the importance of various cognitive health lifestyle practices, and their perceptions of their own cognitive function. The survey also gathered information on what (and where) this cohort has learned about brain health, and about their preferences for continuing information and education on this topic.
